Movement & Rest

Pregnancy Yoga

A practice to honour the sacred journey of pregnancy and to take a moment to connect to your body, your breath and your growing baby. The practice opens with a little check-in; an opportunity for each woman to share her triumphs and challenges with the other mamas in the space. What follows is a grounding meditation where you will be invited to turn inwards, to tune into your breath and send some love to your baby. We then ease into some slow and fluid movements to help ease stiffness within your changing body whilst at the same time helping you connect to your intuition and what feels good. The practice ends with a long rest, time to lay your body down on Mother Earth and find some peace and relaxation.


There will also be space for you to connect with other pregnant mamas who are walking alongside you on the path to motherhood, bonding over a cup of tea and building your tribe.

Gentle Flow

A practice to explore some deliciously slow, fluid, intuitive movement; taking a sacred moment to come back home to yourself, just as you are, and ending the practice by laying your beautiful body down upon Mother Earth to rest.

Yoga Nidra

A practice of being and receiving without the need to do anything. Lay your sacred body upon the Earth to receive her healing energy whilst being guided through a deep relaxation in which your body surrenders to gravity whilst your mind remains awake and aware. Leave the practice feeling deeply rested and restored. Especially yummy for pregnant mamas and those in the postpartum period.
