I believe that with every birth, no matter how it unfolds, a woman goes on a journey through a transformational rite of passage which will change her in the most beautifully profound way. It is my intention to walk alongside you and your partner on this journey - to nourish and celebrate you, to remind you how powerful and capable you are, to hold space for you to come back to your own intuition, to invite you to connect with your amazing body and your baby, and to support you to navigate this rite of passage from a place of empowerment and ease.

This journey is a wild one, often filled with a lot of outside noise and many ebbs and flows along the way. I will be there throughout to share knowledge with you and your partner, to bring you back to your intuition and to support you in whatever decision you make.

You deserve to be held and honoured as you navigate this profoundly beautiful rite of passage. Together, we can ensure that you and your partner enter parenthood rooted in a deep sense of unwavering trust in your ability to raise and nurture your new arrival.

It is hugely important to me that I get to know you and your family in a deep and intimate way. It is from this place of trust and knowing between us that I can best support you in having the birth you desire. During our initial Connection Session we will intuitively feel into how we want to spend our time together, coming up with our own unique map which may include some of the following:

Sharing stories and information about birth, including birth physiology and any interventions you may encounter
Discussing your choices and options around birth
Uncovering and compiling your birth preferences
Delving into the practicalities of setting up your sacred birth space
Exploring comfort measures for your birth and how best your partner or I can support you in these
Facilitating discussions between you and your birth partner about their role supporting you in the birth space
A space for you to share openly and without judgment any fears, concerns or worries that might arise, and to be witnessed and honoured as you move through this transformational rite of passage
Gentle walks in nature to support you in grounding
Gentle movement to ease pregnancy stiffness and come back into your body
Yoga Nidra relaxation to offer a space for you to rest and restore
Simple practices to help you connect to your intuition and to your baby
Loving and gentle touch massage, using either my hands or a scarf
Exchanging food and warm drinks around a flame
Fire burning ceremony to release fears and set intentions
Encouraging you to look ahead and plan for what you would like your fourth trimester to look and feel like

~ The First 40 Days ~

~ Pregnancy & Birth ~

Supporting you to feed your baby in the way that you desire, whether that be breast, bottle or both
A space to unpack the story of your birth, and simple practices to support you in integrating your birth experience
Baby-tending so you can get some well deserved rest, take a shower or do anything else which is important to you
Offering you some loving and gentle touch massage, to bring ease into your tender body
Providing warming and nourishing foods and herbal teas to aid in healing the body from within
Yoga Nidra relaxation to offer a space for you to rest
Drawing you a nurturing herbal bath to help aid with your body’s healing
Time in nature to support you in landing after the birth
Assisting you in honouring your placenta by either delivering it to be dried or made into a tincture, or facilitating a placenta burial ceremony
Mother Warming ceremony to close our time together
Signpost you to appropriate support teams
Assist with anything that helps with the smooth running of the household

On-call from 38 weeks until your baby is born
Continuous physical and emotional support during your birth
After your birth, I will remain with you during the golden hours to support you in settling into your newborn bubble and establish feeding
6 Postpartum sessions in the first 40 days
Continuous virtual support throughout via WhatsApp

Bespoke and intuitive support during your pregnancy, birth and the first 40 days

2 Connection sessions
On-call from 38 weeks until your baby is born
Continuous physical and emotional support during your birth

3 Postpartum sessions in the first 40 days

Bespoke and intuitive support during your first 40 days

1 Connection session - time for us to discuss how best I can support and honour you during your first 40 days postpartum
Minimum of 18 hours spread over the 6 weeks
Because no-one can be fully prepared for what they will want or need in those early days, I will give you access to all my First 40 Days offerings and we can feel into what will serve you best in the moment
Continuous virtual support throughout via WhatsApp

** Whilst I am under mentorship, I will be offering my services on a sliding scale, which enables me to provide support to those in need whilst at the same time gaining valuable experience supporting birthing women and their partners. This is an invitation to pay what you feel you can afford within the sliding scales above. I will not require any evidence of your economic status, I trust you **
